Seeking a Helping Hand at RGM Farms!

RGM Farms is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team! We're currently ISO a reliable farm hand to assist with a variety of essential tasks. This part-time position offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about farm life and willing to learn.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Part-time commitment: Approximately 16 hours per month.

• Varied responsibilities:

  • Animal husbandry (caring for our goats and other animals).

  • Automotive maintenance (basic upkeep of farm vehicles).

  • Grounds keeping (maintaining the farm's appearance).

• Skills and experience: Pay will be contingent upon experience, ability, and, if old enough, the ability to safely utilize powered tools.

• Reliability: We need someone who is dependable and takes pride in their work.
